What I played (May 16-June 12)
It's been a while since I've done one of these, but nonreview games I've managed to sneak in include "Outland" and "Dragon Quest IX." I've also been spending time with old favorites "Bulletstorm" and "Portal 2."

Last week, I played the holy heck out of "Brink," squeezed in a little "Divinity II" and unwound with some Xbox Live Arcade games and "Culdcept Saga." Oh, and I'm still horrible at "Call of Duty."
Over the past two weeks, I've mostly been playing games I reviewed or intended to review, but I managed to sneak in some "Gears of War 3" beta and start "Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga," a role-playing game that more folks should be talking about.
With the game industry's focus being on E3 in Los Angeles and all the games we'll be playing into early next year, this week was a quiet one for new releases. The most intriguing options for new pickups this week are the sales going on on various digital stores and a downloadable add-on for "Mass Effect 2."
