Despite a muddled mash-up of woman-empowering feminism and leering perviness, Platinum Games' "Bayonetta" plays like a love letter to women and video games. Its silky-smooth combat, one-of-a-kind visuals and sweet, sassy heroine are a kick in the pants to a genre dominated by a surly war god and grunting ninja.
